Cast Iron Ductile Iron Rubber Disc Check Valve or Flap Valve with Flange to PN10/PN16
The rubber disc is made of steel plate, steel rod and reinforced nylon cloth as the substrate, and the outer layer is covered with rubber, The valve disc switching life can reach 1 million times.Our rubber flap check valve adopts full flow area design, has the characteristics of small head loss, not easy to accumulate debries, easy maintenance and so on. Our flap check valve is mainly suitable for horizontal installation of water supply and drainage system, can be installed at the pump outlet, to prevent backflow and water hammer damage to the pump. This rubber disc check valve can also be installed on reservior inlet and outlet pipe bypass to prevent backflow into the water supply system. Check valve are generally suitable for clean media, not for medium containing solid particles and hign viscosity.
